Replacing Old Veneer

This Cedar Chest's finish was severely damaged from being kept in the hot attic and the veneer on the top lid was coming up around the edges. We decided to replace the veneer and give this chest a much needed restoration. Thanks for reading

The Painted Door

SANDING DOWN OLD VENNER ON TOP LID TO ACHIEVE A SMOOTH FLAT SURFACE FOR THE NEW VENEER. WE FILLED AREAS WHERE NEEDED.

TOOK OFF FEET TO PROPERLY SAND AND CLEAN

NEW VENEER ON TOP LID. WE WILL MATCH ORIGINAL FINISH PER OUR CUSTOMER'S WISH

RESTORED CEDAR CHEST! BEAUTIFUL!
